14-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be in the same condition as received;
  • Show no signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product;
  • Include all original accessories, components and supplied items;
  • Be returned in its original packaging;
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

The original packaging must be retained. Returns will not be accepted if the packaging has been torn, excessively damaged, altered or is not substantially in the same condition as when delivered.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.

If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, is damaged during transit or differs substantially from the description shown on the product page, please contact us at:

Our team will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Please note that the Compression Pod may display minor variations compared with the images shown on our website, including but not limited to:

  • Slight colour variations between production batches;
  • Minor differences in stitching, finishing or labels;
  • Updates to the design, packaging or branding introduced by the manufacturer;
  • Small dimensional variations resulting from the manufacturing process;
  • Natural differences in fabric elasticity that do not affect the intended fit or functionality of the selected size.

These characteristics are considered normal manufacturing variations and do not constitute a manufacturing defect, an incorrect item or a valid reason for a return or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products showing signs of use beyond reasonable inspection;
  • Products damaged after delivery by the customer;
  • Products returned without their original packaging;
  • Products with torn, altered, incomplete or excessively damaged packaging;
  • Products missing accessories, components or other originally supplied items;
  • Products returned after the applicable return period has expired.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the Compression Pod must be returned clean and free from odours, stains, pet hair, damage or any signs of use that would prevent it from being resold.

If a returned product does not meet these requirements, the return may be refused and the item may be sent back to the customer.


Exchanges

If you wish to purchase a different size or another product, the quickest solution is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders delivered to countries within the European Union, customers have the legal right to cancel or return their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order without providing a reason.

To qualify under this right, the product must:

  • Be unused;
  • Remain in its original condition;
  • Include all accessories and supplied components;
  • Be returned in its original packaging;
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, usually within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank, card issuer or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refunded amount appears in your account.
